I registri di stato civile saranno inseriti in uno o pi\u00f9 registri duplicati in ogni comune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><b>Articolo 52\u00a0<\/b>del Codice Civile. L'eventuale registrazione di tali atti su fogli sciolti, o comunque non sui registri a ci\u00f2 destinati, comporter\u00e0 il risarcimento dei danni alle parti, fatte salve le sanzioni previste dal Codice Penale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><b>Articolo 192<\/b>\u00a0Gli ufficiali di stato civile che registrano i loro atti su semplici fogli sciolti saranno puniti con la reclusione da un minimo di un mese a un massimo di tre mesi e con una multa da 16 franchi a 200 franchi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Il modulo di chiusura pu\u00f2 essere formulato come segue: \"Il presente registro contenente (indicare il numero per esteso) le registrazioni di \u00e8 stato chiuso e fermato questo giorno di Hui (data per esteso) da me, cancelliere di.....\".
