Jean Pierre Uguen, former president of the Cercle généalogique du Languedoc, has left to return to the land of his ancestors.
I was lucky enough to meet him some time before the first genealogy fair in La Garenne Colombe in 2006. Since then, our paths have never parted. Jean-Pierre has always been an exemplary president, attentive to the needs of his members, organiser and host of several salons in Mauguio (Languedoc), and so on. The list of his activities in the genealogical world is impressive.
He will always remain a loyal friend, even if life has forced him to step down as Chairman for health reasons.
Jean-Pierre, for me and Chantal, you will always be an extraordinary person on whom we could count.
