CG 27 Cercle Généalogique de l'Eure

Association affiliated to the Union des Cercles Généalogiques et Héraldiques de Normandie (UCGHN).
The aims of the association are:
- To promote genealogy and all related activities, including heraldry, sigillography, demography, local and regional history and genetics.
- Mutual support between researchers.
- Respecting and protecting old documents that form part of our collective cultural heritage.
- The development of popular education and the promotion of socio-educational leisure activities linked to genealogy.
- The publication and editing of works of general interest carried out in the context of mutual aid and heritage preservation.
- Participation in the organisation of public cultural events related to these aims.
The association may grant its patronage to works, studies and projects carried out by its members.
The association's registered office is at the Archives départementales de l'Eure, in Evreux (Eure). By decision of the Board of Directors, it may be transferred to any other location in the Eure department.
