Popp plans are real curiosities, of interest to genealogists, historians, regionalists, archaeological circles, tourist or environmental associations, and so on.
These are old lithographs, produced by Mr Popp between 1842 and 1879, for municipalities in the provinces of Hainaut and Liège. Other provinces were also the subject of his work, but I do not know where their plans are, with the exception of ten or so.
